The oud specialists

Ahmed Al Maghribi Perfumes grew out of a family oud and bakhoor business in Abu Dhabi. The house still sells raw oud chips and oils alongside its sprays, and that heritage shows. Where many brands use a synthetic oud accord, Ahmed Al Maghribi’s signature bottles smell like the real wood: smoky, slightly sweet, deep. Marj, Bin Shaikh and Oud Roses are the clearest examples.

Then there is the other side of the house. Kaaf, a watermelon and sea breeze fragrance with absurd longevity, became a word-of-mouth phenomenon among fragrance enthusiasts and is now the bottle we recommend most for Karachi summers. Chill Spectrum, Blue by Ahmed and Kaaf Noir carry the same clean, long-wearing DNA in different directions.

Quality and price

Ahmed Al Maghribi sits a tier above Lattafa in materials and price. Several fragrances are released as Extrait de Parfum rather than Eau de Parfum, and bottle sizes vary: Marj and Oud Roses come in 60ml, Bin Shaikh in 90ml, most others in 100ml. Check the volume on each product page. Even so, we are consistently the lowest-priced source for the house in Pakistan, and every bottle is sealed with a matching batch code.

Questions about Ahmed Al Maghribi

In the Gulf it is considered a heritage house rather than a mass brand. The materials, especially the oud, are a clear step above typical Arabian sprays, and the price reflects that while staying far below Western niche perfume.
Longevity. A fresh watermelon and sea breeze scent normally fades in four hours. Kaaf lasts ten to fourteen. It also projects far more than fresh fragrances usually do, which made it a favourite in hot climates.
Most are, but not all. Marj, Oud Roses and Ignite Oud are 60ml, Bin Shaikh is 90ml and Laathani is 80ml. The volume is listed on every product page and in the checkout.
