Two minutes, and you never have to take our word for it.

The batch code is the most useful single check: on a genuine bottle it matches the box. Codes can be copied, so use it together with the seal and the print. Do this with any bottle, from us or anyone else: the box code while it is still sealed, the bottle code as soon as you open it. Our batch code guide walks through it in more detail.

Find the code on the box
Turn the sealed box over. The batch code is stamped near the barcode, usually on the bottom flap or a side panel. Letters and numbers, small and sharp.
Match it to the glass
Open the box and turn the bottle over. The code printed or etched on the base must be identical to the box. Different codes, or no code at all, is a fail: do not spray it, photograph both codes and message us.
Look it up
On a Lattafa box with a holographic security label, scan its QR code: the page must open on verify.lattafa.com. You can also enter a Lattafa code on CheckFresh for a rough production date. Other houses may show "brand not supported", which is normal, and a date is reassuring, not proof.

05 · Why we are this strict

Lattafa is the most popular Arabian house in Pakistan. It is also the most copied.

Khamrah, Asad and Yara are copied in convincing fake boxes, often at prices that look like a bargain. The first spray can even smell close. What a copy rarely manages is to pass every check at once: tight factory cellophane, a matching code on glass and box, and, on Lattafa, a security label that opens on verify.lattafa.com.

So we refuse whole categories of stock, and it keeps our catalog smaller than some shops. We think that is the right trade.

How to buy safely in Karachi

Should the batch code on the bottle match the box?

Yes, always. The code printed or etched on the base of the bottle should be identical to the code stamped on the outer box. Matching codes connect the bottle to its own retail packaging, so a mismatch, or no code on the glass at all, is a reason to stop before you spray and ask for help. The batch check is one part of an authenticity review, alongside an intact factory seal, correct branding, sharp print and the overall condition of the box and bottle.

What should I do if my bottle and box batch codes do not match?

Do not spray it. Photograph the code on the box and the code on the bottle, then send both photos to us on WhatsApp. If a batch code ever fails to check out, we take the bottle back and refund you in full, including what you paid for delivery. The same applies if the cellophane is torn or the box arrives damaged.

What does factory-sealed perfume mean?

Factory-sealed means the retail box is still in the cellophane the factory applied, and nobody in between, including us, has opened, re-wrapped or replaced it. Original wrap is tight with one straight seam, the box flaps are crisp and the bottle sits firmly in its tray. When your order arrives, check the wrap, the flaps and the matching batch codes before you open the perfume.

Does Scent n Blush sell testers or refilled bottles?

No. We list only original, factory-sealed retail bottles: no testers or "unboxed" bottles, no decants or refills, and no "first copy" or "master copy" fragrances of any kind. If you ever have a concern about a bottle from us, keep it sealed and message us on WhatsApp with photos of the bottle, box and batch code.

Why are Lattafa perfumes so cheap compared with designer brands?

Lattafa is a Dubai house that sells directly through distributors instead of department stores, skips celebrity advertising, and uses its own factory. The money goes into the juice and the bottle rather than into marketing. That is why a 100ml Lattafa can cost less than a 30ml designer bottle while lasting longer on skin.
