Why this matters more for Lattafa than for most brands
Lattafa is the most popular Arabian house in Pakistan and the most copied. Khamrah, Asad and Yara are sold in convincing fake boxes on marketplaces and in bazaars every day, often at prices that look like a bargain. The first spray can even smell close. What a copy cannot do is pass the factory batch system: a matching code on glass and box, and a real production date when you look it up.
How to check your bottle in two minutes
- Turn the sealed box over and find the batch code stamped near the barcode.
- Look through the cellophane at the base of the bottle. The code printed there must match.
- Enter the code on CheckFresh or CheckCosmetic under the brand name. A recent production date means a genuine, fresh bottle.

What we deliberately do not sell
- Testers or “unboxed” bottles, however cheap the supply.
- Decants poured from a larger bottle. You cannot verify a decant.
- “First copy” or “master copy” fragrances of any kind.
- Bottles from marketplaces, other retailers or unverified importers.
This keeps our catalog smaller than some shops. We think that is the right trade.
