The tracking number comes to your WhatsApp. The parcel is insured the whole way and arrives with the factory seal intact.

Hand the exact amount to the courier. We confirm the total with you on WhatsApp first, so there is nothing to argue about at the door.
The rider waits while you open the courier packet and look at the sealed box: the cellophane, the batch code on the box and, on a Lattafa box that carries one, the security label. If something is wrong once you open the box, message us on WhatsApp; refunds and replacements are arranged there, not at the door.
Outside Karachi, orders are paid online before the parcel is dispatched.

Photograph the box before opening it fully and message us within 24 hours. We arrange a replacement.
