What it costs, how long it takes, how you pay.

No surprises at the door. Delivery charges are stated before you confirm, parcels are tracked and insured, and you can pay in cash when the courier arrives.

    We confirm

    We check stock, confirm the delivery charge for your city and agree how you want to pay. Nothing ships until you say yes.

    It arrives sealed

    Orders confirmed before the afternoon are packed and handed to the courier the same day. Later orders go out the next morning. You get a tracking number on WhatsApp and the parcel arrives insured, with the factory seal intact.

Courier rates outside Karachi depend on the city and the weight of the parcel, so we confirm the exact figure with you before the order is final. A single bottle to Lahore or Islamabad is usually a modest charge, and we tell you the number, not a range.

How free delivery works

Add 3 or more items to your bag and the delivery line at checkout switches to free automatically. Quantities count, so three bottles of the same fragrance qualify. It is our way of saying thank you for a bigger order, and it is why our Signature Trio idea exists: pick three, ship for nothing.

Payment

Pay cash when the parcel arrives, or by bank transfer before dispatch. There is no card form and no account to create.

  • Cash on delivery. Hand the exact amount to the courier. We confirm the total with you first so there is nothing to argue about at the door.
  • Bank transfer. We send account details on WhatsApp, you transfer, and the parcel ships as soon as the payment shows. This is the faster option for cities outside Karachi.

How your parcel is packed

The presentation box goes into a fitted carton with cushioning on all six sides so the bottle cannot shift. Glass never touches cardboard. The outer carton is plain, so a gift arrives without a label giving it away. Every parcel is insured while it is with the courier, so if the impossible happens in transit, you are covered, not out of pocket.

Returns and problems

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening the box fully and message us within 24 hours. We arrange a replacement. If a batch code ever fails to verify, we take the bottle back and refund you in full including delivery. Because fragrance is a personal care product, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles for change of mind, which is why we would rather spend ten minutes on WhatsApp helping you choose than sell you the wrong one.
